Custom training plans
For those who do not need the accountability or who are looking for a more cost-effective option than ongoing coaching, we will spend time writing a customized plan that you will follow on your own time.
When you sign up for the custom one-time plan, you will fill out an extensive questionnaire detailing your training and diet history, your goals, and your lifestyle. We will review your responses to the questionnaire and build your plan based on your responses (so be sure to be as detailed as possible in your replies). After this information-gathering process, we will deliver the plan for you. Please expect up to 1 week from the moment of purchase for us to deliver your training plan over email.
What you get:
- Progressive Specific plan adapted to your fitness level (experience, mobility, and injuries etc..)
- Weekly follow up call for 3 months.
